FIVE 2 OUTDOORS Overtime

Overtime was designed to be added to the Grain Bin mix but we have found that a lot of customers plant it alone. Planted in the fall the clovers will be around 4" and the Radishes will flourish and provide food into winter then also breaking up the soil. Spring Green, up the clover will take off and provide that much needed food source early and then add nitrogen into the soil to plant another crop.

Mammoth Clover is a biennial legume, an excellent fast-growing cover crop that may be planted almost any time of the year. Mammoth Red can grow up to 3 feet in height at maturity, breaks up clay soils and adds as much as 200 pounds of nitrogen per acre. Mammoth will grow on inferior soils and requires less moisture than medium red clover, is more vigorous and tolerant of acid soils than other clovers. A clover that is most productive on heavier soils with adequate moisture, usually planted to enrich the soil with nitrogen. An excellent choice for frost seeding into established plots to improve soil conditions.

Trophy Radishes is one of the newest and Best food plot Brassicas on the market. Trophy Radishes are great planted alone or they make an ideal companion species. This fast growing Radish produces huge yields both above and below the ground. The high protein and lush, tender leaves make it highly attractive during hunting season. Once the Radish dies in the winter, the plant turns into rich organic matter and releases nitrogen to improve your soil.
